By creating an account or using Edstackr, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Edstackr on behalf of a tutoring center, learning center, business, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. 1. About Edstackr Edstackr is a software tool designed to help tutoring centers and learning centers manage scheduling, student session tracking, check-ins, attendance-related workflows, observer links, and related administrative tasks. Edstackr does not provide tutoring services, educational instruction, legal advice, tax advice, or compliance advice. Each center is responsible for how it uses Edstackr in its own operations. 2. Accounts and Authorized Users To use Edstackr, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you create helper, employee, or staff accounts, you are responsible for managing their access and permissions. You agree not to share admin login credentials with unauthorized users. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as possible. 3. Center Data and Student Information You may enter or upload information about your center, staff, students, schedules, attendance, sessions, check-ins, and related records into Edstackr (“Center Data”). You are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide Center Data to Edstackr and to use Edstackr for your center’s workflow. This may include providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required by your center, parents, guardians, students, employees, or applicable law. Edstackr uses Center Data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell student information. We do not use student information for targeted advertising. We do not create advertising profiles about students. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use Edstackr to: - violate any law or regulation; - upload information that you do not have the right to upload; - access another center’s account or data without permission; - interfere with or disrupt the service; - reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, or overload the service; - use Edstackr to send spam, harmful code, or abusive content; - attempt to bypass security, billing, or access controls. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that could harm Edstackr, other users, students, staff, or the security of the service. 5. Billing, Trials, and Subscriptions Edstackr may offer free trials, discounted pricing, or paid subscriptions. Trial terms, pricing, and billing details will be shown during signup, checkout, or in your account settings. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless we decide otherwise or applicable law requires a refund. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate. We use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to process payments. Edstackr does not store full credit card numbers. You may cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account settings or by contacting us. 6. Account Deletion and Cancellation You may request deletion of your center workspace through the account settings or by contacting us. Deleting a center workspace may permanently delete students, schedules, attendance records, session history, helper accounts, observer links, settings, and other Center Data associated with that center. For safety, Edstackr may require additional confirmation before deleting a center workspace, such as password confirmation, email confirmation, typed confirmation text, or a waiting period. Cancellation of billing does not always mean immediate deletion of all Center Data. Likewise, deleting local account data may not delete payment records retained by payment processors where they are required to keep records for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, audit, or security reasons. 7. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Edstackr, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. 8. We may update, modify, add, or remove features from time to time. We may also perform maintenance that temporarily affects access to the service. 9. Ownership Edstackr and its software, design, branding, features, and content are owned by Edstackr or its licensors. You retain ownership of the Center Data you provide to Edstackr. You grant Edstackr permission to use Center Data as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service. 10. Feedback If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or feedback, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. We appreciate feedback, but we are not required to treat it as confidential unless we separately agree in writing. 11. Third-Party Services Edstackr may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, security, and other operations. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we choose service providers that help us operate Edstackr responsibly. 12. Termination You may stop using Edstackr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create security risk, misuse the service, or use the service in a way that could harm Edstackr or others. 15.
